How it works, our model:

At the basis of our model, there are two constants, 1) You will get a guaranteed monthly rental income, and 2) In return we agree upon a contractual period for us to sublet your property.

Direct R2R

We lease your property to sublet it to tenants. Why? So we become your one point of contact while you can sit back and enjoy monthly guaranteed rental income.
